血液腫瘤和造血干細(xì)胞的調(diào)控機(jī)制
白血病是一種易復(fù)發(fā)耐藥的惡性血液腫瘤,白血病細(xì)胞命運(yùn)受到諸多內(nèi)在因素(如內(nèi)源性果糖代謝、表觀遺傳修飾等)和外在因素(如骨髓微環(huán)境中白血病細(xì)胞與間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞互作、細(xì)胞因子等)的精細(xì)調(diào)控。闡明白血病發(fā)生中細(xì)胞內(nèi)自主及細(xì)胞外非自主的精細(xì)調(diào)控機(jī)制是重要科學(xué)前沿問題,可為白血病的靶向治療提供新策略。我們目前主要基于血液腫瘤中的代謝與微環(huán)境調(diào)控進(jìn)行研究,可分為以下幾點(diǎn):
