基因體內(nèi)功能的高通量解析及衰老與衰老相關(guān)疾病的干預(yù)研究
運(yùn)用高通量體內(nèi)擾動(dòng)測(cè)序(Perturb-seq)和單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)等前沿技術(shù),系統(tǒng)解析基因在生理和病理狀態(tài)下的體內(nèi)功能,篩選衰老與衰老相關(guān)疾?。ㄈ缟窠?jīng)退行性疾病、代謝性疾病等)的新型治療靶點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)的靶向干預(yù)策略。研究方向包括:(1)體內(nèi)Perturb-seq系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化和升級(jí);(2)基因在體內(nèi)生理和病理?xiàng)l件下的功能圖譜繪制;(3)衰老與衰老相關(guān)疾病新型治療靶點(diǎn)的高通量篩選及靶向干預(yù)策略的開(kāi)發(fā)。
